Return Eligibility
Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our pieces, returns are accepted within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery only and must meet the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
Requests made after this timeframe cannot be approved.

Return Shipping
• Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours) with clear photos. Our team will review the case and assist accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Each dress is produced based on the client’s selected size, color, and design specifications.
