If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our client care team is here to assist you.


Pre-Shipment Confirmation & Quality Assurance

 

Before any order is shipped, our team conducts a detailed quality control process. Clients are provided with photo and/or video confirmation of their completed item for approval.


Orders are only dispatched once client confirmation is received, ensuring that the design, size, and overall condition meet expectations prior to shipment.


By confirming the order prior to shipment, the client acknowledges and accepts the condition, design, and specifications of the product as final.


For this reason, returns are only considered in cases of verified issues related to fit, measurements, or confirmed damage.


 

 

Return Eligibility

 

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our pieces, returns are accepted within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery only and must meet the following conditions:


• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

• Return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order

• The return must be based on a verified issue related to fit, measurements, or damage

• The security ribbon/tag (red ribbon) must remain intact and not be removed.


Requests made after this timeframe or that do not meet these conditions cannot be approved.

Any return request that does not meet all stated conditions will be declined in accordance with our policy, which is agreed upon at the time of purchase.

If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.


 

 

Return Shipping

 

• Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable


 

 

Refunds

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.


If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.


 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon delivery (within 24 hours) with clear photos. Our team will review the case and assist accordingly.


To process any claim related to damages, sizing concerns, fit issues, or other complaints, clients must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue, including images of the product being worn when applicable. For verification and fraud prevention purposes, the client’s face must also be visible in the provided evidence. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or without visible identification may be considered invalid and may not be approved.

 

Incorrect Measurements Disclaimer


Please note that customers are fully responsible for providing accurate body measurements when placing an order. We do not assume responsibility for any sizing issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.


To assist you in selecting the correct size, we provide three dedicated features on our product pages: Custom Measurement, Find My Size, and a detailed Size Guide. We strongly recommend using these tools carefully before completing your purchase.


Orders made with incorrect measurements are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are not offered. Each dress is produced based on the client’s selected size, color, and design specifications.
