Production & Delivery Timeline

Delivery depends on the type of order:

• Ready to Ship Items: Dispatched immediately, delivery within 1–3 weeks

• Made to Order (Not Ready to Ship): 2–5 weeks production time

• Pre-Orders: 1–2 months production time

All timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally. Courier services are selected based on destination to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Shipping costs:

• Calculated at checkout

• Non-refundable

• Do not include customs duties, VAT, or import charges

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number (waybill) is provided once the order is shipped

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt

• Responsibility transfers to the client once the package has been delivered and signed for

Courier systems may occasionally display later estimated delivery dates than the actual arrival. Early delivery is common and not unusual.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All import-related charges — including VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or local taxes — are the sole responsibility of the client.

These charges:

• Are not included in the product or shipping price

• Are determined by the destination country

• Are non-refundable

Customs clearance delays are outside our control. Clients are advised to contact their local customs office if needed.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or customs fees remain unpaid:

• The package will be returned to the sender

• No refund will be issued for the order or shipping costs

Customs Assistance

Mimoza Kadriaj may offer limited assistance with customs procedures when possible. However:

• We do not cover government charges

• Customs decisions remain solely under the authority of local officials
