• Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise
• Shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or any additional import charges
• Shipping costs are non-refundable


Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.
Courier services are selected based on the destination to ensure secure and efficient delivery.



Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks from the shipment date
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control



Express Post Delivery Notice

Courier services may display an estimated delivery date that is later than the actual arrival.
In many cases, shipments arrive earlier than the estimated date. This is standard courier practice and should not be a cause for concern.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (waybill) via email.
The tracking number can be used on the courier’s official website to monitor your shipment.



Delivery & Signature Requirement

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
• Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery is completed and signed for



Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

• All customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, processing fees, brokerage fees, or any other import-related charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
• Customs fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for reimbursement

Customs processing may cause delays. If delays occur, customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information.



Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Fees

If a customer:
• Refuses delivery, or
• Declines to pay required customs fees

the shipment will be returned to the sender.
In such cases, no refund will be issued for the order or shipping costs.



Customs Assistance Disclaimer

Mimoza Kadriaj may, at its discretion, provide limited assistance related to customs procedures to facilitate delivery.
This assistance:
• Does not include payment of VAT or other government charges
• Is not guaranteed to be accepted by the destination country’s customs authorities

The customer acknowledges that customs decisions remain entirely under the authority of local customs offices.
