Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging.
To request a return, contact our client care team within 24 hours with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are not offered. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Due to the made-to-order nature of our dresses, all purchases are considered final sale after 24 hours from delivery. Returns requested within 24 hours must meet our return conditions. Exchanges are not offered.
When will I get my order?
Each Mimoza Kadriaj piece is carefully prepared and shipped worldwide. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment.
